PBA Engineering, P.C. (formerly Paul Beck Associates, P.A.) was founded in November 1978 by Paul C. Beck, PE. Since its inception, the firm has provided structural engineering services for a wide range of projects and has enjoyed long-standing relationships with owners, architects, developers, contractors, and industry partners.

After 47 years, Paul and his family have decided that it is time for him to begin a well-deserved retirement, spending more time with his family and grandchildren.

PBA Engineering, P.C. will officially close on December 31, 2025. Key members of the PBA team will be joining KSI Professional Engineers so they may continue the high-quality work and client service that PBA has been known for since 1978.

Please be assured that any projects currently underway at PBA can continue at KSI Professional Engineers and be supported by many of the same professionals you have worked with and trusted throughout the years.

KSI Professional Engineers, under the leadership of Patrick Cronin P.E., Peter Aragon P.E. and Joseph Garafalo P.E., was established in 1999 and services similar clients and projects throughout the area.  KSI projects range from one room residential additions to large commercial projects, and everything in between.  KSI is excited to expand its team to 20 members with 11 licensed Professional Engineers and a talented staff operating out of offices in Farmingdale, NJ and Verona, NJ.
